JOHN RICHARD HIRED AT THE SUNSET ROOM
AT OWL'S NEST RESORT & GOLF CLUB

The owner's of Owl's Nest Resort & Golf Club are pleased to announce the
appointment of John Richard as Director of Food & Beverage of the Sunset
Room.

Having worked as an Executive Chef and restaurant owner Richard brings a
wealth of knowledge to his new job. " I am thrilled to be taking over the
reins of such a fine dining establishment and to expand on what Chef Tony
Pierce had done in the past" said Richard.

Located at the Owl's Nest Golf Club, the Sunset Room has been a well kept
secret for years. Director of Operations Mike Somma says "Having
someone of John's experience and knowing that many people in the area are
thrilled with his culinary talents I can see John fitting right into his
new home".

John and his wife Lesley are also proprietors of the Holderness General
Store where she will continue to operate the local landmark .
